OOTARY proposes Armony Solution, a middleware suite and an integration tool used as a technological platform to simplify all data management in connection with unlimited sources or applications in multi formats.

The Armony solution allows you to manage data and documents and to develop complementary functionalities to IFS dedicated to customer environments, to accelerate reporting developments as well as to make possible internal and external portals managing data and documents before interactions with applications and/or integration into IFS.

The 4 modules in the Armony suite help to speed up and secure customers' implementation or migration projects and generate ROI and customers' satisfaction during the operational phase, perfectly complementing the IFS functionalities.

For example, Armony Solution enables to:

• Carry out incremental synchronization, sequenced at will, which speeds up the migration of high-volume databases while enabling better sorting or cleansing of the data concerned, considerably simplifying the preparatory processes for GoLive.
• Create complex technical documents based on data from any source, before integrating them into IFS workflows
• Group data from different IFS screens or other applications and sources (internal and/or external) on the same screen or in the same process/workflow, and interact with them before re-injecting them into the target destinations

One single suite with 4 modules:

• Armony DATA: The ETL tool with unlimited connectors/connexions capacities, able to manage, move or transform any data from any source.
• Armony REPORT: The EDITIC/REPORTING tool designed to easily build and design from a simple invoice to a complex document including data and additional information from any source and capable of being processed and shared according to multiple criteria or conditions (country, currency, etc.).
• Armony FORMS: The WORKFLOW tool enables data from all sources, whether internal or external to IFS, to be managed on the same screen and then included in a complete workflow process or standalone applications.
• Armony WEB: The management and control platform, which enables the creation of internal or external portals to facilitate the exchange of information and documents, as well as the overall monitoring of IFS and the software.
