Bianca Nobilo is the Chief External Affairs Officer at IFS, where she leads thought leadership, government and industry relations, and external affairs with a focus on AI and advanced technology ethics and policy. Her work is instrumental in positioning IFS at the forefront of the complex and fast-moving intersection of technological innovation, corporate responsibility, and global impact.

Prior to joining IFS in 2024, Bianca built a distinguished career as a News Anchor and Correspondent at CNN, where she covered major global events, including the Israel-Gaza conflict, the war in Ukraine, Brexit, the G7 and G20 summits, the UN General Assembly, Nobel Prize ceremonies, natural disasters, the wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II, the funeral of Alexei Navalny, NATO and OPEC summits, and more. She is recognized for her ability to distill complex issues into accessible narratives through television packages and explainers.

Bianca holds a first-class degree in History from the University of Warwick, a Master’s in Comparative Politics from the London School of Economics and is now a student of Computer Science. Additionally, she is a Communications Fellow, recognised for her research on the influence of non-verbal communication in executive and political leadership. With her rigorous academic foundation and commitment to ethics in technology, Bianca is a key voice in shaping impactful and responsible leadership at IFS.
