Heerema Fabrication Group consolida procesos de EPC en ERP
Heerema Fabrication Group (HFG), parte del grupo Heerema, una empresa líder en la industria de la ingeniería y construcción de plataformas petrolíferas y de gas en alta mar y energía, que ejecuta su proceso empresarial primario en IFS Applications. El uso de IFS Applications permite a HFG desarrollar planes de futuro y expandir sus contratos de EPC(I). Durante más de 10 años, HFG utilizó software integrado para su proceso empresarial primario. Una vez revisada la estrategia de HFG de convertirse en un contratista global de EPC(I), el software heredado rápidamente se volvió obsoleto. Era necesario nuevo software ERP, especialmente para respaldar el énfasis de HFG de convertirse en un actor global en ingeniería, compras, construcción e instalación (EPC(I)) y en contratación llave en mano.
