André is President, Southern and Western Europe and LATAM at IFS.

In his role André Robberts will build on IFS's success in the region and lead the teams to deliver IFS's ambitious goals for 2024 and beyond, through its direct and indirect sales channels.

Andre’s personal philosophy is that every customer and every interaction matter, and that delivering business value is paramount in every engagement.

André brings world-class enterprise software pedigree to IFS. He joins from Oracle, where held several Executive positions, redefining the HCM applications business across Northern Europe, creating a new Customer Experience organisation across EMEA and re-shaping the Midmarket organisation across the UK and Western Europe to be fully customer-centric and partner-ready.

Prior to Oracle, Andre served as Head of SAP SuccessFactors, UK and Ireland. Over his 22-year career, he has held many senior leadership roles in the cloud applications market, including owning full P&L responsibility in ADP outside of North America.

As a business leader, André has built his career around helping people and organisations thrive. He is driver of change, and well versed in large-scale programmes that encourage cultural harmony, commercial success, and operational excellence.

André lives with his wife, Carina, and their 3 boys in Hampshire, United Kingdom. Outside of work, if you don’t find André flyfishing on a river or working his English Pointer dogs on the countryside. André loves everything outdoors, especially cooking on one of his BBQ’s or supporting his beloved Springbok rugby team.
