What is the definition of a 'named user'?
A 'named user' is an individual with their own unique identity for certain access and user rights in Ultimo. Access can be obtained for multiple devices, but only from one device at a time.

What types of users are there in Ultimo?
In the application, we distinguish between three different types of users: Self-Service, Light and Full. A Self-Service user can view information that is made available to the user and submit reports. For users who don't frequently use Ultimo, we have the Light user. In addition to the options a Self-Service user has, a Light user has some extra options that fit with their role as an operator in the organization and because maintenance is done together. Think of options for downtime registration, autonomous maintenance, shift handover, lockout tagout, work permits, requesting modifications, and more. A Full user has access to all available EAM functionalities to properly execute their work, including all previously mentioned options. But Full also includes all preparatory, planning, and executing activities, as well as inspection and analyzing activities in the software.

Starting at Professional, it is possible to choose more than one industry solution. The price per user remains the same regardless of the number of Industry Solutions you choose.

What does the mobile solution offer?
You get access to Ultimo wherever you are. You don’t need to return to your workstation to register something or get extra information. Our carefully developed app Ultimo GO provides a new level of efficiency to help you save time. Ultimo GO is automatically included in the Ultimo software. The mobile solution can also be used offline via an app, available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

What planning options does Ultimo offer?

Ultimo offers a wide range of planning options for both the short-term (Periodical Maintenance Planner, Job Planner, Selection List, Kanban) and the long-term (Forecast, Asset Planner, Stop Planner) that are optimized for simultaneous use. In addition to multiple work planners, the software also offers financial planners to visualize workflows and improve efficiency.

Can Ultimo be used across multiple sites and time zones? Does it support multiple languages and currencies?
All editions can be used in a multi-company structure. All editions have the option to support several languages (English UK/US, German, French, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese (Brazilian), Polish, Spanish, Danish, Norwegian, Turkish). Premium and Enterprise versions offer options for multiple currencies and time zones.

What are the options in terms of integration and interfaces?
Ultimo offers seamless integration with other applications. Thanks to a modern integration platform, certified standard interfaces, and ready-to-use connectors you receive and send the right data at the right time. Integration is easy to realize, robust, and maintainable. With smart integration, you reduce manual input, guaranteeing the integrity of data and ensuring that your decisions are based on current information.
In our editions, we offer various integration options. Starting from Ultimo Professional, you can use various default integrations, including customer-specific ones. Ultimo Professional uses Ultimo REST API which makes it possible to request data from and send data to Ultimo.
If you need more complex interfaces (i.e., to trigger customer-specific actions), Ultimo Premium has everything you need. Ultimo Premium and Enterprise enable the configuration of more specific workflows for integrations. This makes it possible to trigger actions in Ultimo using REST API or to trigger interfaces after executing an action in Ultimo. It is also possible to realize more specific batch import and export interfaces with other parties through the available Ultimo Business Integration connectors.

What is the difference between 'Standard' and 'Supreme' flexibility levels?
Our software includes by default the Ultimo Configuration Tool, allowing trained application managers to optimize the user experience, productivity, and reliability of management information while still offering you the benefits of new software releases.
We distinguish our product offering with two flexibility levels. In Ultimo Professional, we offer the flexibility level 'Standard'. With this level you can implement many convenient changes in the software. But with the flexibility level 'Supreme', you have an even bigger range of possibilities at your disposal.

What support levels do we have?
We offer three support levels:
- Support level 'Standard' is part of the edition Professional and gives you access to the Customer Portal for support.
- Support level 'Premium' is part of the edition Premium and also gives you the option for telephone support in addition to support in the Customer Portal.
- Support level 'Platinum' is the most comprehensive level and is part of the edition Enterprise. In addition to the previously mentioned forms of support, this support level also includes 24-7 support. So you can count on the right support anytime, anywhere.
