Electronic signatures envelopes

Allows users to send documents for signature directly from IFS Cloud. Reduces handling time for signatures of customer contracts, employment contracts and any other type of documents in need of a signature. One envelope can contain several documents, for instance if a customer contract consists of several individual documents.

• Learn how to prepare an agreement for signing, send it to one or more people, and add options like setting passwords, deadlines and more.
• Learn how to view your agreements by status - in progress, waiting for you, completed, and more. You can also filter by date, search by key word, and send reminders.
