Education Program
The Education Program aspires to increase interest in STEM globally. Through multiple engagements, we contribute to a more diverse and inclusive tech industry leaving a lasting impact. We aim to reach 150 education partnerships by 2025.
Employee Volunteerism
We offer 1 day of paid leave for employees to use volunteering in their local areas. IFS has continued to display a passion to support their local communities and charities. This year we aim for 15% of our employees to use their volunteering hours.
IFS Foundation
IFS is proud to partner with the IFS Foundation, a group of independent, charitable organizations. As a Sri Lankan employer for over 25 years, we’re pleased to support the relief of poverty in rural Sri Lanka. Read more about the Foundation here.

IFS employees contributing to their local communities
Employees from the Ottawa office competed in a Food Sort Challenge against 50 other companies to assist the local Food Bank. Our employees sorted 1000lbs of food for the foodbank.

The IFS Foundation Travel Guide: harnessing our global potential to support rural Sri Lanka
In 2022, IFS Foundation published a travel guide. This was created with entries from IFS employees around the world, sharing beautiful destinations whilst raising vital funds.

IFS commitment to improving access to STEM through education
Members of the IFS Sri Lanka team volunteered with the ICT students at Arethusa school. They donated equipment and hosted three 'Hour-of-Code' workshops for 59 students from grades 6 to 11.
