Prior to joining IFS, Hoda held several regional and global positions at SAP, Oracle & Microsoft; and more recently was leading SAP’s Business Process Transformation Practice across Southern Europe, Middle East & Africa.

Throughout her career, Hoda has sponsored the DEI agenda and is proud to have been first female to be appointed as Managing Director SAP for the Middle East & Africa region.

Her leadership and impact have been acknowledged by Forbes Middle East in the 100 Most Powerful Businesswomen in 2023 and Top 5 Women in Technology for 2022

In 2023, Hoda was appointed as Non-Executive Board Member of Commercial International Bank (CIB), became Chair CIB’s Board Sustainability Committee and a Member of the Operations & Technology Board Committee. She is also very actively involved with the American Chamber of Commerce and the German Chamber.

Hoda holds a B.Sc. with Distinction & Honors in Engineering from Alexandria and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with Distinction from Maastricht School of Management.
